As a senior executive and professional speaker Fred has presented papers to Government, industry groups and educational seminars nationally and internationally.

His 30 + years of experience running small businesses to multinational corporations  has equipped Fred with the knowledge to be able to offer sound practical advice, guidance and commonsense solutuions to their problems for all types of businesses .
Fred is the creator of the 'MML' practice of leadership and the 'Wave Approach to Business Growth'. Both concepts when integrated into a  business develop major positive differences to people's attitude, goals, self esteem and organisational communications.
