Known as "The Company Doctor", Fred has spent many years restoring sick and failing businesses back to profitable health.
He commenced his working career as an apprentice building engineer working on the factory floor. Once qualified he quickly aspired to senior management and by his early twenties he had bought out the company with whom he had trained. His list of international successes includes: small to large groups, major public companies and government State Owned Enterprises in New Zealand, Australia and the U.S.A. The diverse range of businesses he has made a positive impact on as a seasoned CEO, General Manager, or outside Director is impressive. His work has seen him travel throughout the world mixing with business leaders, senior bankers and politicians alike.
Although he has undertaken tertiary business studies Fred accredits much of his professional success to his practical straight forward and commonsense approach to management developed in those early years working and training in manufacturing. The encapsulation of this vast experience is the MML Principle (Mobile-Motivational-Leadership) that he has developed.
